Dives in Sunny Goa

Goa, one of India’s smallest states with an area of 3,702 sq. km, is India’s most popular beach resort destination. It boasts of superb beaches and easy going lifestyle. A Portuguese colony till 1961, Goan culture is a blend of Indian and Iberian, white-washed Portuguese churches alongside Hindu temples and villages and hamlets surrounded by green fields of paddy.

Goa’s is best experienced during the winter months from October to the end of February with average around 32° Celsius and minimum staying close to 17° Celsius. Goan summers are from March to May with average temperature ranging between 25° Celsius to 35° Celsius and Monsoons from June to September. The countryside turns lush green almost overnight right at the onset of monsoon.

GETTING THERE

 

AIRPORT

Dabolim airport is the closest airport to our dive center about 37 km away in the south of goa.

RAIL

Thivim station is the Closest staion to the dive centre, about 21 kilometers away. Karmali railway station (Panjim) is the next closest station.

ROAD

Road- National highway ( kanyakumari-Panvel) connects Mumbai, goa and murudeshwar. Its is about 12 kms away from our office in goa.

Besides the beautiful beaches, casinos, night life, Goan Cuisine and water sports, Goa has a plethora of Ayurveda centers where you can allow the ancient healings and medicines to de-stress and re-energize you, Visit the Spice Plantation in Ponda, bite a Peri Peri (hottest chillies of the world), bathe through an ‘elephant shower’ and feast on a traditional Goan lunch cooked with farm spices.
