Day 1

KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT & CONFINED WATER DIVES

You will complete 3 sections (Videos) and knowledge reviews (At home or classroom) and attend a pool session where you practice dive skills that you watched in your theory sessions.

Open Water Dives

Under the supervision of your instructor you will complete 2 dives and practice essentials that you completed at the pool
